WIAW #3

Another week, another day of eats! I've got  to say this past week has been a game-changer for me. I'm not sure what exactly clicked but suddenly I've been feeling so freaking free around food and it's AWESOME. I've been eating minimums and above every single day and, while the bloating and body image are still not 100%, I'm feeling pretty damn good.

So if you're questioning whether or not to increase, whether or not to give into that extreme hunger, whether or not to stop exercising, or whether or not to just eat that second piece of cake, I'm telling you now: DO IT. Seriously. It's sooooo worth it.

Anyways now on to the eats. As usual, thanks to some pretty great people (looking at you Laura and Arman!) for hosting the WIAW linkup!

Breakfast: 2 pieces of buttered honey wheat toast with sea salt, two scrambled eggs, a TON of grapes, all topped off with a Nature's Bakery brownie

Morning snack: Key lime Chobani flip. I'm not a huge yogurt fan to be honest but throw in some graham crackers and white chocolate and I can't say no!

Lunch: Annie's shells and white cheddar with a side salad and a bunch of fruit. Plus some Goldfish crackers!

Snack: ThinkThin cupcake batter bar, a banana, some handfuls of granola, a few Wheat Thins

Dinner: frozen pesto white pizza (just the Target brand because your girl is on a budget!) plus fresh pineapple and a few chicken nuggets

Snack: an orange, a brownie, and LOTS of cool ranch Doritos. Favorite snack combo ever!
