It’s okay to spend your Friday night alone listening to sad Adele songs on repeat in bed.
It’s okay to eat your feelings in a pint of Ben and Jerry’s.
It’s okay to feel like no one cares.
It’s okay to wonder how hurting yourself might make you feel the tiniest bit better.
It’s okay not to be okay.
We all have those days, those weeks, hey sometimes even those months. And it’s okay to feel those bad feelings and to not always be strong. Vulnerability and sadness are all part of the process. It's okay.
Just remember brighter days are somewhere in the future even if you can’t see them right now.
